Nolan Plumbing and Irrigation was established in 1988 as a sole proprietor. We incorporated in 1998 as a sub chapter S corporation. We engage in all types of plumbing, irrigation and drainage projects. We have built relationships with local Plumbing Inspectors/ Building Officials, Parks and Recreation Departments and have become very familiar with the local codes and regulations. We are listed as one of Jacksonville’s premier small and emerging businesses through the City of Jacksonville JSEB program.

Our Guarantee

Our reputation was built on professional workmanship and outstanding customer service. Everything we install is guaranteed for one full year parts and labor. We don’t make promises that we can’t keep and we don’t start jobs that we can’t finish. In the event that there is need for service after the sale we are there for our customers. A convenient appointment will be made to take care of any issues that may arise. We come back at no charge and simply take care of it... no excuses or fuss about it.

One Year Warranty

All materials and labor are warranted for one full year after the date of installation. This warranty covers all equipment Nolan Plumbing And Irrigation, Inc. installs. Any existing pumps or other water sources are not covered under this warranty. All water supplying the system must be clean and free of sand and debris. Any filtration devices needed after the date of installation will be additional cost of the system. This warranty will ensure 100% coverage of area designated to be watered. Any additional landscaping planted after installation is not covered in this warranty. This warranty does not cover any severe acts of nature such as freeze, hail, lightning or tree fall. Damage due to theft or vandalism is also not covered. Homeowner has option to renew warranty after first year.
